In what is being considered a path-breaking move, Manchester United has signed its first-ever music streaming agreement with Deezer, the popular digital music platform. This makes it United’s first-ever official audio streaming partner.
The agreement was celebrated via a video that was released on the website of the MUFC on December 13, and featured legend Rio Ferdinand along with many current players.
As a part of this partnership, Deezer shall work to enhance the quality experienced by users on the digital channels of Manchester United. This includes providing fans access to more than 43 million tracks and 40 Thousand audio content-pieces, such as podcasts and interviews. In addition to all of this, Deezer will also feature player playlists along with offering matchday playlists for the Old Trafford fans.
